Using Quick Launch

The Quick Launch bar became more convenient in the jump from Windows XP to Vista. Drag an application down there to add it, or right-click the program and choose Add to Quick Launch. Now you can run any of these applications by pressing the Windows key plus a number from 1 to 0, corresponding to the icons from left to right.
