These tools augment traditional statistical software by conducting specialised analyses that are required for evidence-based practice - whether that be in the health system, education system, or any other area that requires quality assurance practices. This software specialises in interpretation of the 'meaningfulness' of statistical analyses. It conducts the following analyses: effect sizes (Cohen's d, Hedges' g, and r), effect size conversions, meta-analyses (including fail-safe N statistics), odds ratios, event rates, event odds, relative risk, relative risk increases, number needed to treat, number needed to harm, reliable and clinical change, power analyses, and t-tests for independent groups. It provides any desired level of confidence intervals (e.g., 95%) on all statistics, will generate reports and also comes complete with user and statistical help files.
