EncodingSleuth Text is a Java API that applies several sophisticated tests to a sequence of bytes to determine the following:
Whether the bytes represent text that is encoded using any of the configured Charsets. This can help you determine whether an arbitrary stream of bytes represent text or binary data.
If the bytes appear to be encoded text, which Charsets' decoders can be used to decode the bytes into their intended characters.
EncodingSleuth Text decodes the bytes with each of the configured Charsets' decoders and then performs various statistical tests on the results to measure the likelihood that the sequence of bytes is intended to be a sequence of characters, and to find the Charset/decoder that best decodes the intended text content of the bytes.
Note: Software piracy is theft. Using a EncodingSleuth Text--Enterprise crack, password, serial number, registration code or key generator is
illegal and prevents future development of EncodingSleuth Text--Enterprise.
